DiJones Southern Highlands has welcomed sales agent Sarah Wotton to the team. She has operated in the region for the past 20 years.
The Announcement:
A flourishing market has seen DiJones grow its Southern Highlands office with the addition of dynamic sales agent Sarah Wotton.
“Our office in Bowral continues to see unwavering growth,” DiJones Head of Sales Mark Horvat said said.
“Sarah Wotton is one of the most experienced agents in the Southern Highlands having operated in the area over the last 20 years.
“A highly acclaimed sales agent, Sarah is a dedicated professional, well known for her passion and flair for property. A trained theatre professional with exceptional communication skills, Sarah also has a unique understanding of architectural and landscape design which gives her great depth of knowledge particularly for the Southern Highlands market.
“Sarah puts her clients first and welcomes clients as clients for life. A great addition to our already highly successful Southern Highlands office, her appointment further expands our team of 11 DiJones agents covering the region,” Mr Horvat said.
The median house price in the Southern Highlands sees no sign of slowing after rising more 16.67 per cent and 22.85 per cent respectively in the highly popular areas of Bowral and Burradoo in the 12 months to 30 June, 2021, according to the DiJones Annual Market Report released earlier this month.
Ms Wotton said having raised a family in the Southern Highlands over the last 20 years she truly knows the area and she is excited to be sharing her knowledge with those that are only just discovering the region.
“The Southern Highlands is even more desirable now because COVID has shown people that they can work from home and green space has become even more valuable than in the past.
“We are expecting a really busy spring and I’m looking forward to being inspired by the DiJones Southern Highlands team, its network of offices across Sydney, the Central Coast and the Illawarra and its notion of one family and one database.
“The Southern Highlands is now more than ever considered a viable place to live and work and is a safe haven for those escaping city life.
“In particular our migration data is showing that 26 per cent of buyers in Burradoo came from Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs last financial year.”
Ms Wotton said while COVID has brought its challenges she is enjoying supporting buyers with video tours and walk throughs.
“Now more than ever as an agent it’s so important to be patient and help buyers and sellers through this uncharted territory in any way we can.
“I love the sophisticated technology that DiJones brings to enhance personal relationships. An amazing synergy of the human and the technical – culminating in the very best experience for our clients.”
