Star of the hit reality TV show, Selling Sunset, Jason Oppenheim has listed his personal home for sale.
Located in the exclusive Hidden Hills in the Santa Monica Mountains region of Los Angeles, the property is listed for sale for US$8.995 million.
The celebrity-real estate agent’s home includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms and sits on a 465sq m block.
The luxury home includes an outdoor pool with floating fire pit and lounge area, four-metre tall ceilings, sauna, open-plan kitchen with Miele appliances, wet bar, media room and a particularly nice-looking fireplace.
According to the New York Post, this is the fourth time the Netflix star has tried to sell the home, after buying it for $2.725 million in 2017.
Oppenheim has recently stated that whenever the property becomes untenanted, he looks to list the property for rent or for sale.
“The house that I just listed in the Hollywood Hills for sale and lease has now been leased for $65,000 (AU$90,000) a month,” Oppenheim told New York Post.
“I often, over the last several years, list my properties for both lease and sale when a tenant moves out but in every instance, I have quickly found a new tenant, which is always my preference.”
The property has hit the market only a month after Oppenheim and Selling Sunset co-star Chrishell Stause announced they had ended their relationship after seven months.
