Sherrie Storor: Listings on autopilot

Agents tired of the churn and burn daily grind that real estate can throw at them will find plenty of innovative strategies, processes and proven tips at an upcoming “property party” designed to help them create an “attraction business”.

Sherrie Storor’s Listings on Autopilot is a free, online training program designed to help agents hit the reset button in their business and avoid burnout.

“If you look back at the past financial year and you want to go harder, and you want to write more revenue, but you’re tired, you’re burnt out, and you’re thinking, ‘There must be an easier way’, this is the program for you,” she said.

Spread across three days, starting on June 20, the course consists of three 45-minute live online sessions hosted by Sherrie to equip agents with the tools they need to meet the needs of modern sellers and buyers.

“It’s designed to target green agents and career agents who want to have a more modern approach,” Sherrie explained.

“It’s perfect for high-performing agents who have an EBU, and it’s designed for anyone who wants more listings and more money but also wants their time back.”

The first session will cover building an attraction-based business targeting the 2022 consumer. It will also unpack how agents can leverage their listings, nail their personal brand and build their profile.

“The reality is that society has changed, and how people buy and sell property, and how they choose to communicate, is different,” Sherrie said.

“Yet we are still doing the same things we’ve been doing for the longest time.

“In our business, listings are key because you can’t make money if you don’t have listings because that means you don’t have properties to sell.

“I want to make sure you’re building an attraction business. I want to give you the steps in terms of what you can do to get more listings and then put them on autopilot so that you’re not constantly hustling and grinding and burning and churning.”

The second session will cover all of Sherrie’s tried, tested and proven systems and processes for agents to build their business, shut out the noise, and stay ahead of the competition.

Sherrie said the third session will be all about automation.

“We will deep dive into how to automate the business and ‘set and forget’,” she said. 

Sherrie called the sessions a “property party” as they will be interactive, with plenty of opportunity for participants to ask questions. Replays will also be available once the sessions are complete.

There will also be a bonus fourth session of advanced training for those people looking to become a ‘million-dollar agent’. But this session will only be available live, and there will not be a replay.

“Million-dollar agent is not just about the GCI, it’s about what it means to be a million-dollar agent in terms of the status in the industry and the recognition of being ‘best in class’ at what you do in the market,” Sherrie said.

  • Listings on Autopilot consists of three free, 45-minute live, online sessions on June 20, 21 and 22, starting at 11am AEST. Replays will be available.
  • The bonus fourth session will be live at 11am on June 23. There will not be a replay.
