Stone Real Estate has taken over an existing property management and sales department to expand their business at The Entrance.
The Announcement:
Boutique real estate firm Stone Real Estate is continuing its swift growth on the NSW Central Coast, with Stone Tumbi Umbi and Berkley Vale Principal Abdullah Choudhari acquiring First National The Entrance.
The buy out will see Stone Real Estate absorb the office’s clients and staff.
The acquisition will see Stone take over the running of property management and sales previously under the team at First National.
Staff, including Senior Property Manager Teresa Steble, and Property Officers Shannon Warren and Jamara Kennedy, are joining the Stone team.
The First National branch had been run by two of the most respected real estate principals in the region, owners Phil Martin and Fran Martin, who will be taking a step away from the day-to-day runnings of the business.
“It’s with great excitement and honour to announce that Phil and Fran from First National The Entrance have agreed to allow us to acquire their business,” Mr Choudari said.
“Everyone in our business is truly excited to have this opportunity as it’s a testament to our hard work and daily efforts since joining Stone that not just this business, but so many approach us wanting to do the same.
“We look forward to continuing our growth and expansion within the region and being supported and backed by the quickest growing name in the country.”
Commencing his real estate career in 2008, Choudari has quickly built up a reputation as one of the most exciting young principals in the region, and at just 31 years of age already has over a decade of experience under his belt.
Choudhari rebranded his offices in Tumbi Umbi and Berkley Vale under the Stone Real Estate banner in 2021, after recognising the growth potential of the brand in the area. The offices had previously operated as Wiseberry.
Stone Tumbi Umbi has also recently taken over the rent roll nearby at Ourimbah Real Estate. This strategic move is an important part in the growth phase that the business is currently going through as it expands its reach throughout the region and closes the gaps between its sister offices.
