Stone Real Estate has made its first foray into the Queensland capital, with a North Brisbane agency joining the brand.
Led by directors Tristan and Samantha Rowland, Stone Real Estate Aspley commenced trading on November 12.
The move is as significant for the couple as it is for Stone Real Estate.
Principal, Tristan Rowland, has held the number one agent position in Brisbane’s northern suburbs while as a pair the Rowlands have received numerous Real Estate Institute of Queensland awards nominations.
Samantha carries the highest landlord satisfaction rate in Queensland on RateMyAgent, while the powerhouse couple are the most recommended agents in six suburbs for sales and 13 suburbs for rentals.
After 15 years each in real estate the respected leaders said Stone’s business model offered an ideal platform for expansion.
“Stone is a high-performing brand managed by highly-skilled professionals,” Mr Rowland said.
Stone Real Estate Aspley joins the network’s inaugural office in Queensland, Stone Real Estate Coomera, which opened in July on the Gold Coast with Shane Evans as principal.
Head of Stone Real Estate Queensland Scott Kelly welcomed the Rowlands on board saying their leadership qualities were exactly what the Queensland network was seeking.
“Samantha and Tristan are quality individuals and inspirational leaders, which is underpinned by the high calibre of individuals currently operating within the greater Stone Aspley Team,” Mr Kelly said.
“From our perspective these are important and non-negotiable traits we require when embedding our new and future network partners and their teams into the Stone network in Queensland.”
