Pop and country superstar Taylor Swift hasn’t just made waves on the music charts, she’s also built a property empire.
According to Elle Decor, Swift has bought properties worth more than $150 million, including properties in New York, LA and Nashville.
And the singer-songwriter’s real estate tastes seem to be as diverse as her musical talent, with Swift own everything from funky warehouse penthouses to classic Beverly Hills mansions and Greek revival estates in Nashville.
Let’s take a peek inside some of the luxurious abodes.
TriBeCa Penthouse, New York
Swift combined two adjacent penthouses into one expansive duplex on Franklin Street. This impressive property boasts 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a billiards room, and a stunning sweeping staircase.
Neighbouring TriBeCa Townhouse, New York
Adjacent to her penthouses, Swift acquired a century-old townhouse. Valued at $18 million, it features a home theatre, gym, guest suite, and terrace, following a complete renovation by architect Leopoldo Rosati.
