The Agency today announced the expansion of its Sydney footprint, with respected Rosebery agent Chris Skarlatos joining the team.
Mr Skarlatos brings more than 20 years’ experience in the Rosebery real estate market and most recently spent five years as principal of the Laing+Simmons Rosebery office.
Mr Skarlatos has brought his sales and property management team to The Agency, including Krissie Ormond and Ash Perera in sales as property partners.
In property management, George Tsirigotis comes on board as a portfolio partner and Vanessa Cooney has joined in a support partner role.
Alicia Leondis has joined as a support partner and retains her role as office manager.
The Agency Real Estate Chief Executive Officer Matt Lahood said Mr Skarlatos holds a high degree of trust and respect in the community, as well as unparalleled insight into the local real estate market.

Mr Skarlatos started his career two decades years ago, when he first experienced real estate service after looking to buy his first property and felt drawn to join the industry.
Starting his career at a real estate agency in Mascot, Mr Skarlatos hasn’t looked back since and his team now hold a significant market share in the Rosebery area and surrounds.
Mr Skarlatos said he was drawn to join The Agency based on the opportunities for growth.
“The Agency is unique in the calibre and mindset of the agents they attract,” Mr Skarlatos said.
“The referral work and open database amongst the team is quite unique and unrestricted by geographical boundaries.
“The Agency corporate structure offers the ability to handle all my backend and admin, so I can focus on selling, which is what I love doing.”
Looking to the future, Mr Skarlatos is focused on growing the team and his market share.
“We have a good consistent 20-30 per market share in the house market,” he said.
“We are working hard to increase our apartment market share.
“For a small team, I’m proud to say we are among the top two to three agents in the area, and that is across a few suburbs not just one.
“We want to go up to the next level of being able to service more and sell more, and our joining The Agency facilitates this. I’m always of the mindset that if you’re not growing every year, you’re not advancing. The Agency is a perfect fit in terms of our performance goals.”
