The Agency has welcomed one of Western Australia’s most accomplished salespeople to its South Perth team, with multi-award-winning agent Anil Singh joining the fold.
Mr Singh, who was named a Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) Master Salesperson for 2020, has forged a reputation as one of the most active agents in the state.
He has closed more than 90 sales with a combined value of more than $30 million over the past 12 months alone.
The productive sales period for Mr Singh is the latest chapter in a 15-year real estate career, in which he has worked closely with residents in the South Perth region.
Mr Singh’s move to The Agency South Perth bolsters an already active team, which has sold more than 200 properties over the past 12 months.
The team is helmed by Michael Keil, a four-time REIWA Master Salesperson (2010, 2012, 2015, and 2017) and two-time REIWA Grand Master (2013 and 2014.
Commenting on the appointment of Anil and his plan to join forces with the South Perth team, The Agency’s Managing Director Paul Niardone was full of praise for Mr Singh and said he was pleased he was joining the South Perth team.
