The best in the west: luxury homes in WA

From sparkling in-ground pools to water views, teppanyaki plates and circular glass showers, a lot of luxurious homes have sold in Western Australia in the past 12 months.

If you have an address in western Perth’s affluent suburb of Peppermint Grove you’re almost guaranteed to make the list of the state’s most luxurious sales, while Mosman Park is another standout suburb.

While NSW’s most expensive abodes stretch well into the tens of millions, in WA things are a bit more affordable, with $8 million to $11 million securing you a pretty flash pad to call home.
