The last five years has seen Viven Yap’s business thrive, growing to 30 agents and servicing sales, property management and project sales across Perth’s affluent western suburbs.
The Announcement:
LEADING real estate agent Vivien Yap has renewed her commitment with the country’s number one network, the Ray White Group.
Ms Yap has been Western Australia’s number one performer for the past five years, increasing her results year on year.
“We have worked hard to build a strong foundation. I have more than tripled my results from five years ago. I hope to quadruple my results in the next five years,” Ms Yap said.
“My team and I are ambitious and when we joined Ray White five years ago we wanted a franchise partner that shared our ambition to be the best and push the limits of what was possible to achieve and Ray White has not let us down.”
The last five years has seen Ms Yap’s business thrive, growing to 30 agents and servicing sales, property management and project sales across Perth’s affluent western suburbs.
Ray White Managing Director Dan White said Vivien Yap and her team had not only changed the group’s trajectory in Western Australia, but indeed across the whole of Australasia.
“It’s not only their work ethic that is remarkable but their creativity, imagination and attention to every detail is an inspiration to us all.”
Ms Yap said her team will continue to grow but even more importantly work well together.
“There is a genuine feeling of having each other’s back and knowing we’re all supported,” she said.
“Ray White has been a big part of our growth. Our agents know that they will be supported by the industry’s best systems and training and that there is a deep service offering from around Australia, New Zealand and locally here in Perth.”
“Brian White said to me that Ray White should be a springboard and that’s exactly what we have done, we’ve spring boarded off the group’s support.”
“Ray White does offer a springboard to success. I definitely didn’t dive in with my eyes shut. I can’t wait to see what the next five years holds for us.
“My team has soared this year. They have all dialled up and we have worked so hard for our clients. The passion for what they do to be the best – blows me away constantly.
“Every person in our business has contributed to the awards we won and it’s the work that gets done when no one’s looking that puts us in a position to compete with the best real estate businesses in Western Australia and beyond. I’m most proud of the people that I get to work with every day.”
Ray White Western Australia CEO Mark Whiteman said he was proud of Ms Yap’s achievements and humbled by her commitment to the group.
“Vivien is an extraordinary real estate agent. She is genuinely one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. No one has achieved the levels of success and results she has and to have her recognise the value the Ray White group brings by recommitting is very humbling,” he said.
“Vivien has shown all of us that we are capable of more, she’s lifted our group, me included. We’re all better for having Vivien in Ray White.” Mr Whiteman said.
Ms Yap was keen to point out that her recommitment was not a finish line, but a starting point for even better and bigger things.
“We are determined to grow and get better, our potential is still a long way ahead of us. The best really is yet to come.”
