Top agents head to Melbourne for Ray White industry event

Agents from all over Australia this week attended an industry function in Melbourne hosted by the leading property group Ray White.

More than 100 real estate agents from many different brands – both boutique and other franchise groups – travelled from Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and across Melbourne to compare notes on their markets and performance amid the backdrop of the Mercedes Benz Brighton showroom.

The invitation-only event saw award-winning celebrity auctioneer and Ray White New Farm director Haesley Cush lead a panel of high performing agents to share their knowledge and insights.

Gavin Rubinstein, the top residential salesperson in the Ray White Group from the powerhouse Ray White Double Bay office shared his thoughts alongside Matt Lancashire, the top principal from Ray White New Farm in Brisbane plus the number one sales agent in Western Australia, Vivien Yap, owner of Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont in Perth’s ritzy western suburbs.

Andrew McCulloch, Ray White Group network development CEO, said there had never been a more pivotal time to work in the real estate industry.

“We all want to learn and grow to be better in our chosen field as our vendors deserve the highest customer service possible. We aligned ourselves with Mercedes Benz Brighton for our first industry function as they also believe in the best or nothing,” Mr McCulloch said.

“Our top performing agents in Ray White all work in different markets with different opportunities but they have one thing in common – they are all driven individuals backed by the best support network of any real estate brand anywhere.

“It’s good to talk and compare the levels of support that each agency offers their members.

“We firmly believe that we are not in the property game, we are only interested in talking to leaders in all markets.”
