In honour of Valentine’s Day, Seattle-based real estate marketplace Zillow has gone inside the homes of some of Hollywood’s most sought after celebrity couples who had recently put their properties up for sale to replenished them with new dwellings.
Among them is one of Hollywood’s most powerful couple, Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn who recently listed their Los Angeles mansion for a cool $7.25 million last September after holding on to it for past 12 years.
The 6,400-square-foot home boasts three first-floor bedrooms, including a master suite with a fireplace, spa tub, dry sauna and dual closets, while a guest suite offers vaulted ceilings and a large loft.
The dwelling is still up for grabs with Kimberley Pfeiffer of Coldwell Banker acting as the couple’s listing agent.
Meanwhile, serial Hollywood real estate lister’s Emily Blunt and her husband John Krasinski had to up three of their homes in California for sale last year when they decided to move to the fashionable Park Slope neighbourhood in Brooklyn, New York.
The couple’s new three-story townhouse in the big city has the hallmarks of a pre-war apartment but with all the facilities of a modern home.
Out of the three homes the couple listed for sale, one of them, their Hollywood Hills home, was bought by reality star and model Kendall Jenner last year for $6.25 million.
The couple’s Ojai weekend property and Mulholland Drive homes were reportedly still up for grabs with listing agent Patty Waltcher of Coldwell Banker Previews International managing the sale.
Former singer and now celebrated star of NBC’s latest television series “This Is Us,” Mandy Moore has just found a new home in Pasadena, which is a mid-century modern property built by well-known architect Harold Zook in 1950.
The actress sold her home in Los Feliz last year and paid $2.56 million for the new property, which was sold to her by Los Angeles real estate agents Alphonso Lascano and Bjorn Farrugia of Hilton & Hyland.
The single level home comes with three bedrooms, three baths, and an office which can easily be turned into a fourth bedroom in case she and her new flame, Taylor Goldsmith decide to have an extra room.
