The decision to introduce Vicki Bond to Hayley Van de Ven’s Limitless team follows the trajectory of growth in RE/MAX Results and RE/MAX Bayside.
The Announcement:
The appointment of a Property Management Director for the Limitless Group starts the RE/MAX Results and RE/MAX Bayside year off on a high.
The strategic decision to introduce industry-awarded Vicki Bond to the team follows the trajectory of growth in this business, led by Hayley Van de Ven.
Ms Van de Ven is excited to announce the arrival of Ms Bond, saying it is the next piece of the puzzle for them.
“It made perfect sense that our next appointment be a real leader in this space. Vicki is an incredible people person, and she is known in the industry for her ability to lead, to inspire and motivate, which aligns magically with the Limitless Group Vision.”
In late 2021, Ms Van de Ven acquired the RE/MAX Bayside business, and the two businesses were merged under the Limitless umbrella.Â
“This was an opportunity to take two successful businesses in their own right and fuse them together to create a super team – a team that enjoys the best of everything with regard to agent services and offers the model of being in business for yourself but not by yourself,” Ms Van de Ven said.Â
Vicki Bond’s appointment enables the property management team to grow to all new heights in 2022. With a portfolio of now over 1000, they plan to acquire another rent roll this year and continue that growth.
“The perfect acquisition for us is a business owner looking for a succession plan and potentially wanting to stay in the business to continue selling as a conjunctional agent,” said Ms Bond.
“We currently have 11 ex-business owners on our team of nearly 100 and they enjoy nothing more than cashing out and enjoying selling again after years of the stress of running a business,” added Ms Van de Ven.
Ms Bond is looking forward to driving the future wealth model in property management and helping agents grow a rent roll while building their sales business.
“We offer something unique to our agents: the opportunity to grow a rent roll and build an asset whilst they continue to sell,” she said.
“Previously, good agents have left great businesses because they’ve not had that option. We see an opportunity to allow agents that flexibility without the distraction of managing the people that go with it – they can leave that up to me.”Â
This appointment is exciting news for the growing team.
Ms Bond previously held positions in state management roles, office management in a high performing businesses, international financial media and business ownership, which gives her the diversity of knowledge to drive growth and foster the RE/MAX Bayside and RE/MAX Results team culture.
