Real estate agency Xynergy Realty has opened a new office in the heart of Altona in order to meet the needs of its growing portfolio of clients in Melbourne’s western suburbs.
The newly renovated office will be the agency’s first in Melbourne’s west and will be centrally located on Queen Street, just minutes from Altona beach and the popular Pier Street shopping strip.
Xynergy Realty’s Group Business Development Director Ivan Tandyo said the expansion will aim to offer one-stop property solutions to the western area as part of the company’s ongoing efforts to maintain a local presence.
“To be able to deliver the best service, you need to be a local agent, therefore opening an office in Altona is a natural next step in order to meet the needs of each of our clients.
“We currently manage over 500 properties in Melbourne’s west, so our new office will make us even more accessible to the existing landlords who have investment properties in Melbourne’s booming western growth corridor.
“This expansion will not only extend the reach of our services to current customers, but it will allow Xynergy to have a more diverse property portfolio, therefore we’re able to provide more living opportunities for potential tenants,” he said.
With a median house price of $937,000 in 2017, the beachside suburb of Altona is one of the few suburbs in Melbourne that is not yet a million dollar suburb.
The demographic profile of the western suburbs is diverse, ranging from young blue collar families to a middle age range with a moderate to high income level.
The new Altona office will mark Xynergy’s third Melbourne office, with offices based in Oakleigh and South Yarra currently servicing the inner and south eastern suburbs, but will bring the group’s network to nine with offices in Sydney, Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung and Medan.
